  The Personal Crisis That Led Me Here by Nasly Duarte  Let me be blunt: I've been in hormone hell for months, and the medical system has failed me Again.!!  Low testosterone. Low cortisol. Thyroid dysfunction. The trifecta of feeling like absolute garbage while being told I'm "not sick enough" to deserve treatment. The first traditional doctor I saw told me I'd need a pap smear and mammogram before she'd even consider hormone replacement therapy.
